The outer petals of the dahlia blossoms and buds are a opaque matte cream which grades into a deeper taupe lined glass bead and finally to an amber glass mauve-lined bead with a golden sparkle. The different textures of the beads give this seemingly simple arrangement a surprising depth (like its namesake!).
It is permanently fixed in a vintage midcentury modern planter.
It is approximately 10" tall.
